We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Manav Bunai. If you are not happy with your product, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the products are unused, with labels intact, and in their original packaging. We do not cover the cost of shipping charges for returns or exchanges, including the original shipping charges. We are not liable for any products lost during transit for the purpose of exchanges or refunds.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up the package promptly, or an undeliverable address, We will not cover the cost of reshipping the item. We are unable to bear the expense of reshipping an order due to any customer error.

Shipping Policy

Once the order is confirmed by our back-end team, the products are dispatched within three business working days. In case you have purchased products that are made to order under our collaboration program, the dispatch will take place in ten business days.

As soon as the products are dispatched, our team will provide you with the dispatch information for you to be able to track them online.

Custom duty charges, if any in your country, will be borne by the customer
